East coast experience on Pearson 30 (most of time), J29, Evelyn 42, some others. Jib trim, main trim, sometimes foredeck, spin trim (get the concept), pit. Planning on being in the Bay area a year, looking to crew. Can provide contacts of people I sailed with.

AVAILABLE FOR BIG BOAT, PRIMARY CREW OR BACKUP. Lifelong experience in racing all types of sailboats from dinghies to large offshore racers. Most recent experience includes: Santa Cruz 50, 52; Farr 52, 40; Beneteau First 47.7, 42s7, 40.7, 36.7; Holland 47; J/120, J/35, J/105, J/24; 1D35; Santana 35; T-10; Olson 30; Newport 30; Express 27; Moore 24. Four times Banshee National Champion, raced in O'Day (U.S. Singlehanded) Championship, NEISA Champion, plus a number of regional and fleet championships. West Coast offshore racing includes Coastal Cup, Transpac, and Ensenada. Also match and team racing experience. 6', strong and fit. Highly qualified at tactics, navigation, driving, crew management, and trimming (sail & boat). Also grinding, pit, runners, mast, and can do foredeck if necessary. Very experienced in rig and sail tuning. Happy to work on the boat, and to contribute (food, beer, etc.). I worked a 56'schooner doing day charter for a year, have lived aboard several different boats, currently own/live-aboard 44' ex-IOR race boat, have done a few long distance deliveries, and several races. I'm a 30+ yr. carpenter/tradesman, chef, jack-of,all-trades. Disciplined,fun, with a wealth of varied experience.
